Would you reapply?
I interviewed for a position in October and they did a 1st and 2nd interview, then I never heard back from them. I just saw that the same position has been posted again. Would you reapply? It's a position I would really like -- but I almost feel like if they didn't hire me the first time, they wouldn't again. They have my resume and they interviewed me - wouldn't they have called me already if they wanted to see me again?

Definitely reapply. They might also assume that you've found another position and won't be interested. Or they could have forgotten about you or something like that. It won't hurt anything to reapply and like PP said they'll probably appreciate the dedication.
I have one guy emailing me about once a week about a position at a company. You can tell he's just not paying attention and keeps thinking he hasn't emailed me yet. Every time he asks for a formal cover letter, updated resume and salary requirements. I reply with what he's asking for EVERY time even though he never follows up on me so I assume something is not a right fit in his mind. But there's always that chance that one of the times I'll get lucky...probably not but it doesn't hurt to try!
