This is what he wants:
Underwear
Undershirts
Socks
Batteries
Lightbulbs
Windshield wipers
I said to him "That is the saddest xmas list I have ever seen." and he said "no, its not. It is the crap I hate spending money on, so I would rather Santa bring it to me instead."
My dad always asked for socks and underwear for xmas too. Yuck.
Re: DH's Christmas List
Well, and let's keep in mind - its not like he wants plain ole white socks from Walmart - he likes the cashmere socks from Neiman's. So its not like this is a CHEAP xmas list either. On first glance, yes, but when it gets down to it, I wonder if he realizes most boys don't wear $50 boxers? No wonder he hates spending money on those things. Me thinks someone grew up a tad spoiled.
Mine did the same. "The only thing I want is you, baby." UGH. Cute, but NOT HELPFUL.

Bloggy
Fake a headache. FAKE A HEADACHE!!
H did the same thing - gah. I finally got him to fess up that his basketball shoes were falling apart, so he's getting a new pair. Besides that, I'm at a loss.
