Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Groupon=awesome customer service
I had a groupon I bought a long time ago that expired almost a year ago. I just learned that the dollar amount doesn't expire so I figured I'd at least use that, but the company went out of business. So I emailed groupon customer service and within 10 hours they gave me the money back in groupon bucks! Which I will promptly spend on a Radio Flyer push trike for LO.
I'm thrilled with their service. Go groupon!!!

That's awesome! I had to cancel a groupon once, and they were totally reasonable about it.
I'm hoping LIving Social has a similar deal with using the money elsewhere because I let one expire and it would be a bonus if that money doesn't just go down the drain...
