Suggestions on things to do in Tulsa?

DH and I are going to go stay at a bed and breakfast in Tulsa for a getaway from family/holiday/work stress in a couple of weeks. We'll be there on a Wednesday/Thursday, so not a weekend.

We've done the Philbrook and aquarium before, so that's off the list. We've got a few errands to run, but most of our time is free.

I'm looking for a nice place for an evening meal, fun place for lunch, and any entertainment suggestions (other museums, Christmas stuff, etc.)

Cherry Street has fun shops and lunch places. The last time I was in Tulsa we ate a fabulous dinner at a steakhouse in Utica Square. I can't remember the name of it though.

I 2nd Utica Square. They are more of a nice dinner place as well. You should also try Joe Mommas Pizza downtown. I think it's on 2nd street. They also have great shopping in Owasso or you could drive out to Catoosa to the Hard Rick Casino if you like to gamble.

Yes, we'll definitely hit Utica Square for some shopping. We did have a nice dinner there once, but I can't remember the name of the place. We like to try new restaurants each time we travel.

On one my coworkers recently moved from Tulsa. He insists that next time I visit Tulsa, I need to eat at the Spudder. I think it's downtown. It sounds like a steak-and-potato kind of place.

If you are there for breakfast or brunch, hit up Blue Dome Diner. It's right around the corner from Joe Mamma's. So good and a TON of food. I think I had food from Joe Mamma's this weekend while I was up there, too. It was good.

Brookside is also a nice area, on Peoria between 31st and 41st. And the Tulsa Historical Society and Woodward Park are close by at 21st and Peoria, which is also close to Utica Square.

When SO and I first started dating, we enjoyed going to Circle Cinema. It's not exactly in the best part of town, but we liked the selection of independent films they show there, plus it's a bit nostalgic.

If you find yourself in the mood for pizza, go to Andolini's on Cherry Street. GO THERE. It's so, so amazing. Definitely my favorite pizza in Oklahoma. Oh, and get the garlic knots as an app. I'm drooling just thinking about it.

The Dilly Deli is a really fun breakfast/lunch restaurant downtown that has great, fresh, and unique food.

McGill's is one of my favorite places for dinner. There is a location in the Hard Rock that is on the 19th floor that has a really great atmosphere.

There are some pop up shops downtown this year for Christmas shopping. I haven't been yet, but it sounds fun. There is also Winterfest outside the BOK center which has live entertainment, ice skating, etc. You may want to look both of these up online to check times, etc.
