So what are you getting them for Christmas? Or other holiday if you don't celebrate Christmas?

So far I have gotten him: a North Face Fleece (he dresses VERY casual for work), a pair of winter duty Merrel shoes (all he wears are tennis shoes and these will be better for winter), and a freezable Pilsner glass that is Redskins themed. I need a few more ideas for his stocking.

Stuff for the baby!!!!

We have said we don't need to buy each other gifts this year with the baby coming. We also said no gifts last year, but dude went out and bought me a coach purse and shoes...

SO....I'll probably have something on hand just in case.

So far I got Zig some tools that he was pining for that he pointed out to me months ago in the store. They were $50 off each on black friday so i saved $100 which was awesome. He keeps trying to figure out what it is, since he has the habit of buying things for himself so i had to tell him anything tool-wise he has to double check with me before he buys it before Christmas, but he really has NO idea what it is I got him and its seriously bugging him.

I'll prob also pick him up some other little things and stocking stuffers, but that's his big present, and it didnt even cost that much

I got DH a 5 drawer craftsman tool organizer for the garage, a columbia zip up fleece, a pair of long johns, and a small desk calendar for his stocking. He also wanted a gym membership so I am adding him to my YMCA membership and putting that in the stocking.

So far he's gotten one video game (which he promptly unwrapped when he picked it up - he had preordered 5 games on his BB credit card to earn like 5000 bonus points, but all 5 were supposed to be for Christmas....but only our mom's got to hold onto 4.) So that is still going to count as one of his xmas gifts from me. I also got him two pairs of pajama pants since all of his have developed holes in the last few months. He also asked for an autographed soundtrack which I'll still have to order.

Though randomly at dinner on Friday, he told me he thought of a perfect gift for me....all he would tell me was that he tried to research this idea at work, but work blocked the site as "Malaysian Pornography". He swears his idea is nothing gross, but won't tell me anything else. This is killing me not knowing what it is!

Haha...that would be killing me too. Keep us updated on that one! Very curious to know what could possibly be blocked as "Malaysian Pornography". Too funny!

He wants a new video game controller. My mom is getting him a grill pan. I have no other ideas. I asked if he wanted a new iPod, he said no. So I'm trying to think of other stuff.

DH is very hard to shop for.

I think I am going to buy him new sneakers. Then I was thinking of getting stuff for a night in and a night out.

For the night in, something fun from VS for me to wear, a new movie, and giftcard to his favorite pizza place with a not that I will pick it up.

For the night out, a bottle of wine and an IOU to our new favorite italian restaurant that is a byob.

I know that I make out with most of this, but I think it is something DH will appreciate and enjoy!

Bought him some tools (he specifically asked for them and was with me when I bought them).

I'm going to get him something else, but haven't decided what yet. There is a pair of running shoes he really wants. The only problem is they are slightly expensive and he just bough new running shoes 6-8 months ago. And because his work schedule changes every 8 weeks or so and fluctuates between days and nights as well as week days and weekends, he doesn't have a real regular running schedule. I may also get him some new under armour he's been wanting.

We got a new puppy in October that he is training to be his hunting dog. So that was part of his gift. I also got him a new TV on Black Friday, but I didn't plan ahead and get cash, so I had to give it to him right away (he would have seen the bank statement).

We said we were just doing stockings this year, but we'll see!

So far I've got him some candy for his stocking, some cooking gadgets (he likes to cook with me), a card game, and some classic SNL on DVD. I'm thinking I'll also get him some Ohio State pj's, a skinny tie, and The Big Bang theory season 4 on DVD. It's a bunch of little things, but I think he'll like them all.

I think I'm going to get Chris some new slippers - he wants ones with a thicker sole, a new pair of Lucky jeans, some football window stickers for his truck and probably a button down shirt. Nothing too fancy but it works!

I ordered two tickets to Roger Waters-The Wall Concert. It's not till June 1st/2012. I also booked us two nights at a luxury hotel with in room whirl pool tub.

DH is a huge Pink Floyd fan, I know he is going to love it. I'm not sure if i can keep it a secret till Christmas.

So far I've only gotten him a book and a board game. I hope to get out shopping this week to finish up. I plan on getting him a tool or two that he wants, some new boxers and pj pants, and maybe a video game or two.
