We had some snow last night, which was fun. Sadly Derek and I could not go for our traditional first snow walk around the neighbourhood because I felt like poo. Oh well, next time. It looks like this will all melt today too.
I'm feeling somewhat better today. I was nicely woken up at 2am with wheezing and coughing, but that was about the right time for the drugs to wear off, so I took a few puffs and went back to sleep (after attempting to hack up a lung).
Hopefully tonight we can get the Christmas lights up and make plans for a tree!
How is everyone today?

We'll just not tell H about this little fact, m'kay?

Re: Good Morning!
Good morning. Last night was laundry night, so that wasn't much fun, but we did have an awesome dinner thanks to Josh's experiments in the kitchen. After we were done with dinner and laundry, we just spent the rest of the evening relaxing.
Tonight's my book club meeting; we're going to a pizza place, and we're discussing two books. A friend who just got engaged will be there, so I finally get to congratulate her in person (and hear the proposal story!). It should be fun. I need to come up with some books to suggest for January.
Anyway, back to the grind. Have a great one, all.

FX for you kaesha!

Good luck Kaesha and Beth.
Yesterday was a fairly uneventful day, although I did finish buying my SS her present. So now, I just need to wrap, box it, and get it off. I'm so excited, because I know she'll love it.
Today should be a relatively normal day at work. I'm sitting down with some of the other associates at lunch today to talk about what training we need to get organized for the year. After work, a friend and I are hitting up a beauty sample sale. Should be fun.
Hope everyone has a good one.
Kaesha-Post an update when you get out of the doc. Good luck
Last night was a late night for us,. DH cooked supper and I don't know why he can't have it ready early. We didn't eat till 6:45 we normally eat at 6:00. I stopped at my grandmohers on the way home. I planned for a short visit just to give her the news on the house, but she was decorating for christmas and me and preston ended up sticking around alittle longer than expected. We did get to watch Charlie brown christmas and prep and landing.
Tonight Me and Jordan have really got to study for this weeks spelling test he had a rough time with the practice test I gave him last night. We are going to have a easy light dinner, and I have to get some papers together to fax to the mortage company.
Morning Ladies!
Good luck Kaesha and Beth! Thinking of you both.
Lastnight was semicrazy. I got home from work, and DH was laying on the couch sick and exhausted from caring for the boys all day. Doesn't help that they are still both sick too. This cold needs to get out of our household.
I did 2 loads of laundry, and listened to the boys play in their cribs when they were supposed to be sleeping. It made for an early morning for them today since they had to get up to go to daycare. Times like that is when I wish we had an extra room so that they could be seperated.
Back to the grind ...I have another busy day at work. Have a great day ladies.

I was home yesterday to drug myself for the day. It sorta worked. I still keep choking on my own throat, though. Sorry. That was gross.
Today I am headed to the post office to mail my SS gift. I did notice something I purchases was also purchased from her wish list. Oops! Hope she has the receipt. If not, I think I still have one.
Tonight will be some lounging and dinner. I made nachos last night almost as big as my head. It was delish, so not sure how I'm going to top that. Maybe a quick chicken parm.
Happy Tuesday ladies. Can't wait to hear the updates from ultrasounds today.

I'm actually just home for a quick second after my anatomy scan and looking at baby stuff. Now I have a going away party for a colleague.
The scan went well. Still team green by choice. My tech was a little closed lipped. It just seemed to be her personality. I describe her like eyore (sp?) from Winnie the Pooh. From what I could see, looks like baby was 13 ounces and maybe measuring long (21w5d?). My OB will go over all this at my appointment next week.
Glad to hear it went well! If you get another u/s you should drive down here and to go my place. They were freaking awesome. (I realize that's an insanely long drive just for an u/s, especially for a pregnant lady, but whatever, come here).

Finally checking in.
Today was a very sad day for me. One of my favorite students is being pulled from my school. His parents haven't even told him, I just got a request from a different district asking for information on him. Seriously I cried about it I was so mad.
On a positive note, I did get my eyebrows done today so I feel pretty.
