My update
So a couple things.
The mortgage insurance company (the final step for approval) countered us and we countered back. We SHOULD hear a final result in 48 hours...I'm reallllly optimistic that this might be the end. (Which is much more then I was yesterday) 
I'm 9DPO and have 0 symptoms. I'm pretty sure I O'd so I'm not sure if this is a good thing or a bad thing. I usually have about 10 crazy in my head phantom symptoms right about now.
I'm really hoping this is the month as my birthday is 9.19 DH is 7.17 and my EDD this cycle is 8.18.
Any prayers, well wishes, hugs anything you can give would be much appreciated!

And it sounds like you have very good reason to be optimistic about the house, YAY! I hope it finally all falls into place, and you get the house!
Oh Barb!!!! I'm in a pretzel stance (and so is baby) that you get your BFP!!! That would be so awesome! Keep us posted!! When do you plan to test?
Hopefully your mortgage goes through without any more complications! Sounds like it could be a very good Christmas if everything pans out!

I'll probably give in tomorrow....but I know I should wait at least till Saturday. I might do tomorrow then wait till Saturday if a BFN. (I normally would have already tested!)
And yes, it will either be a GREAT Christmas...or a not as good one.
Hope things come through on the house quickly!!!
