Slightly disgusted with myself, but it was oh so good
I bought baked potato soup at costco - 2 pints worth - because it looked good and I was hungry when we were shopping. I brought a serving of it to work for lunch today and oh. my. goodness. It was worth it!
Re: Slightly disgusted with myself, but it was oh so good
Ohh, interesting. They had a Martha Stewart tomato bisque that was amazing.
Please don't be disgusted with yourself for eating a single serving of soup.
Mmmm I love baked potato soup.
No reason to be disgusted with yourself. I eat far worse things on a daily basis. At least it was real food and not baked-potato-soup flavored potato chips, because that is something I would eat... lol.
I'm more disgusted by the fact that I fully intend to eat the other servings every day this week! I didn't look at the nutrition label at all - DH did and blanched, so I decided it wasn't something I needed to know.
It was Kirkland brand, not identified as Panera, but it was really good. There were bits of bacon in it.
ETA. I also have a sneaking suspicion that a serving is 1/2 a cup, and I had a whole cup. LOL. This is what happens when you don't read nutrition labels.
GOOD GOD, WOMAN! YOU ATE A WHOLE CUP OF SOUP?????
Who eats a 1/2 a cup of soup?
I find nothing disgusting in this post.
on Sunday, i ate a Wendy's chicken sandwich and then DH and i split a cheeseburger b/c i was still starving and we have not gone grocery shopping yet.
your 1/2 cup of soup sounds like a good thing.
