Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

I went for an interview last week for an awesome position and they said they'd be making a decision this week...I don't know exactly what day. I REALLY need this job and also I'm 9 months pregnant which I actually discussed openly at the interview. They seemed to appreciate that they could address their concerns about me being pregnant so I'm hoping they might actually consider me for the position instead of finding ANY other reason to disqualify me, or just never getting back to me and hoping I don't follow up.
Sorry I just had to bring it up to someone. I refuse to tell anyone IRL because that will jinx me. Anywho FINGERS CROSSED!

At if you don't get it, hopefully they at least call you. I can't stand waiting around for a company to get back at me... I think it's considerate.

Second OH MY GOD! I HATE that. I understand that people have a bajillion applicants for like every opening but seriously take 2 seconds out of your day to at least write a general email to everyone who didn't get the job just letting them know. Especially if you're not going to give an exact cut off date.
