Re: Favorite Holiday Songs
updated 10.03.12
Whitney Houston's version of Joy to The World
OR Michael Buble's whole Christmas album.
Judy Garland's "Have Yourself A Merry Little Christmas"
Bing Crosby and David Bowie's "Carol of the Drum (Little Drummer Boy)"
John Lennon's Happy Christmas (War is Over)
Trans-Siberian Orchestra's Christmas Eve Sarajevo
Mariah Carey's All I Want for Christmas is You
Ooooo, yes! One of the most powerful songs I've ever heard.
ooh, and I forgot Straight No Chaser's 12 Days of Christmas.
If you've been living under a rock and haven't heard their version of this song, go YouTube it right now.
we saw them live last year. RIDICULOUS.
Their rendition of Toto's Africa in that song is my favorite part!

agreed! I dunno though, I love when the Jewish guy breaks out in Dreidel.....
This.
And this.
Stand up for something you believe in.
As always... I want a hippopotumus for Christmas
And anything Trans-Siberian Orchestra (also saw them live and ditto the amazing!)
I have pandora playing christmas songs all day at work and I am quite dissapointed I havent heard my hippo song yet
Those guys are one of my favorite concerts ever! They're just so fun to watch and you leave feeling totally uplifted.
I use to LOVE Mariah Carey's All I Want For Christmas....but I'm over that song now. Totally overplayed around the holidays.
I like Where Are You Christmas? and This Christmas. I don't really care which versions. I dig them.
These. Plus my absolute favorites are Greensleeves and Sleigh Ride. This year I'm kinda diggin' Frank Sinatra's version of Jingle Bells.
