S/O - If you have Amazon Prime are you tipping the UPS man?
I don't normally tip the delivery guys. For years, I had a grudge against the FedEx ground guys for bad service.
Since signing up for Amazon Mom though, I get packages pretty much every day. He's at my house more than my cleaning lady. LOL.
Is anyone else tipping the UPS guy/gal? If so, how much or what?

Re: S/O - If you have Amazon Prime are you tipping the UPS man?
I hadn't even thought about this but I totally should.
I should also note I know they have a serious gift policy- the only specific guidance I found said to refer to an internal guide, but it probably means the amount of a cash tip has to be v small if they can accept it at all.
This site says $15- http://www.findalink.net/tippingetiquette.php
Stand up for something you believe in.
No.
For whatever reason our UPS and mail person is never the same. But then again, even if it was I doubt i'd tip them.
It seems like everyone expects a tip these days and it's annoying.
We make the rockin' world go 'round.
Ours is also always different. I work from home, and the dogs go nuts when a truck pulls up, so I always get to see the person delivering. None of ours wear uniforms either, which I find weird - UPS or USPS.
ETA: I do not tip. Assuming their salaries are similar to FedEx drivers...those guys make more than I do. (daughter of a FedEx employee) I give xmas tips/gift to dog walker, in home daycare, and cleaning people, thats it.
ITA. I'm never even home when these people come, and if I were, I wouldn't tip them.
Most of the time I never even see them, even if I'm home, they'll just leave it in front of our door.
I'm sure they would appreciate a tip, but we never have the same one so I'm not very inclined.
