Need some juju over here
My grandmother is in the hospital. Her red blood cell count was low so over the weekend she had a blood transfusion but it didn't help. She's in critical condition and they suspect some kind of internal bleeding. Even if they figure out exactly what's wrong, it's unlikely they can do anything. She's 100 making surgery pretty risky and probably not an option.
I guess I knew she wouldn't be around forever but this sucks.

Hugs. I'll be thinking of you.
I think sometimes the longer they are with us, the harder it is to believe they won't be around forever.
My grandma was one of those people you thought would truely be in your life forever, because she was always such a presence in our family.
