I'm full of Christmas polls lately.

What are you planning to bake this year?

I think my final cut is almond roca, molasses cookies, peanut butter blossoms, sugar cookies, fudge, and white chocolate cranberry cookies

I kind of want to squeeze buckeyes and chocolate dipped coconut macaroons in there too. We'll see how that goes.

I made spicy gingersnaps yesterday, and roasted some pumpkin for a pumpkin chocolate chip bread. Other than that, I don't have specific plans for anything, just whatever I think of. H has requested peanut brittle at some point. Since I think that's gross, I'll make that and maybe a bark of some sort.

DH has been the baker this year. Last weekend he made chocolate chip, PB blossoms and magic layer cookie bars (or, something...). I wanted to make something today but we're out of confectioners sugar. Sigh.

I usually don't bake anything b/c I'm either working, too busy with other things, or just being lazy. This year I'm getting recipes from my brother's ex-girlfriend for her cookies. She makes sugar cookies from scratch every year and they're so delicious. I miss making them with her, but would love to start this tradition with Lily!
