Truthfully, you sound immature so I pegged you for much younger.
You are dating a pot-head who told you on day one that he loved you and your favorite thing about him is his physical appearance....
And you have a child. A special needs child. That you allow to be around said pot-head. You do realize that you could get CPS called on you, correct?

My son has never even met my boyfriend so I am not sure why CPS would be called and not sure what the fact that he is special needs really has to do with my choices in boyfriends... Because my son has a disability I can't date who I want?
You joked in another post about "don't smoke pot in front of the kids" hehe! If he does, CPS could called. If he smokes up and then drives you and the kid around, CPS could be called. If he brings pot into your house, and your kid is around, YOU get the blame.
You can date whomever you want, son with DD or not. I am having a hard time swallowing the fact that you think you are making good choices for both you and your DS by dating an immature pot-head.
