Poll: How much would you pay?
To go to a bachlorette party here:
http://www.vrbo.com/150850
For two nights? I am just trying to make sure it isn't too expensive for people. Is 100 dollars too much? If so what is reasonable? If 100 dollars is a steal to you, how much would you pay?
Fair division between everyone is about 150 dollars per person. I would be making up the difference if I only asked for 100 dollars. The only other expensive activity we would do is float the wenatchee river, which is only 16 dollars.

Re: Poll: How much would you pay?
H just planned a b party for 11 guys, during octoberfest, for 2 nights (including a rafting trip) and it was about $160/person (not including food and drinks)
Does that help put things in to perspective?
Eta: I'm ok with paying $100+ for a bachelorette party, but unless it was a close friend, Leavenworth isn't worth $100 to me. I'd def pay it for Portland or Vancouver.
They're getting two night's room out of it and a fun weekend, so IMO $150 is a steal.
My bachelorette party involved renting a house in Sonoma, CA, and a Hummer limo to go wine tasting to various wineries all day Saturday. Since the girls paid for their plane tickets I paid for the house and the Hummer, and they all thought it was well worth the few hundred dollars they shelled out - so I think your girls will feel the same way if they just pay for the house / transportation / rafting. Weekend getaway bachelorette parties are *so* much more fun than a night out on the town, IMO. It also helps the girls get to know each other if they don't already, which makes for a more fun wedding because then everyone co-mingles on the dance floor.
I thought my bachelorette party was the best girls weekend ever, and I am sure your friend will, too, if you rent that house!
Also, my personal experience with our house (which, granted, was not the same house you're considering) is that it was even nicer than the pictures. It won't surprise me if that happens to you as well, since the owners tend to take good care of their houses so that they're desirable to rent. When we pulled up to our house, our jaws literally dropped. I hope you girls have the same reaction!
How much do you plan to use the house? If it's for a girls weekend of eating and drinking and chatting, etc. I'd pay more than $100.
I've spent more than that on bar tabs at bachelorette parties I've hated.
i can't answer unless i know for sure....
how many people would use the house?
do you plan on staying in the house/yard most the day? (i say yard because i assume it's summer since you're floating, and you might want to get some sun)
does the bride *like* leavenworth?
does it include food?
$150 is a good deal for two nights lodging anywhere...but the main reason i'm hesitant is i don't want to spend two nights on a b-party. maybe i just don't like any of my friends that much
but i don't like leaving the responsibilities of "home" unless i'm on a "real" vacation...if it were one night, i'd consider it..even for $150.

in this case, definitely yes. it's "worth it"....but only if i like the girls enough to spend a whole weekend with them!
