The Christmas tree is up and decorated. The rest of the house should be done tomorrow afternoon.
H has re-thought the time line to get a new job. He may be able to switch jobs next July!
My favorite drink? If it's hot out, a Swizzle from Bermuda. If it's cold out, coffee with Baileys and whipped cream.
I guess my good news right now is that I didn't have to sleep upright on the couch last night like I did the night before since DD has a cold and couldn't breathe well in her crib. She slept great in my arms on the couch. I, on the other hand, did not.
And it's only 3 days until I fly back for 2.5 weeks. That's mixed because I hate flying so much and am not looking forward to doing it alone with DD. I keep telling myself that as long as all goes well, it's only 20 hours from door to door. Even if she's horrible, I can handle 20 hours. I hope.
My favorite drink is either a good Shiraz or, if we're going with mixed drinks then a classic strawberry daiquiri.
Good news - ok well I finally decorated my Christmas tree on Monday AND there is talk of my husband finally coming home from the hospital in January.
My favorite alcoholic drink would be a strawberry daiquiri but since I don't own a blender at the moment my favorite ACCESSIBLE alcoholic drink would be either Banrock or Brown Brothers Moscato (sp?).
I love being back in NYC, and it's great catching up with some friends.
I saw my best friend in Ottawa over the weekend and her two young boys. I was nervous about how they would take to me, but they were awesome, and loved to give me hugs and play with them. So freaking cute!
It's my birthday on Friday!
My favourite mixed drink is probably an apple martini. Although I will usually order some type of red wine, depending on my mood.

My da has been consulting and my brother recently lost this job. Yesterday my brother and father sealed a new contract with my brother as the graphic designer for the project!!!
Im booked with dates/dinner with friends this week!
Cant choose just one: Pinot grigio, Pinot noir, vodka soda splash cran, hit apple cider and run or whisky...
My house is fully decorated and it looks lovely and M loves.
I feel really good and have been sleeping really well for have 5 1/2 weeks left until my due date.
I posted x-mas cards and gifts today, so that is done.
Oh, almost forgot, DH are going on a date on Saturday!!!!!! woohoo first time since April.
Favourite drink: what I wish I could drink a lot of right now is eggnog and mulled wine. But my drink of choice has been hot milk with a piece of peppermint bark melted into it.
I just had lunch with H and then we did some christmas shopping during his lunch break. It was really nice to spend time with him! AND SHOPPING!
Right now, I'm all over mulled wine. there was a canadian stand at the xmas market that made mulled wine with maple syrup in it. de.li.cious.

My default drink is wine but I can't discriminate: I like vodka with (pink) grapefruit or tonic, mojitos, caipirinhas, cuba libres, apple martini, balck rusians,... the list goes on
Two and a half weeks until maternity leave!!! I can't wait.
I had a cold but was able to kick it in the butt fairly quickly.
During Christmas, I love to drink mulled wine, or baileys. But both are off limits to me this year. That's OK, though.
I'm still laying in bed after taking a 2 hour nap. W is still napping and I don't plan on getting up until he does.
I'm a really big fan of beer. I don't really discriminate, but I do love Stella Artois. I also love mulled wine. That stuff is yummy.
I'm going shopping in Antwerp this weekend with a good friend, which should be awesome!
The house is decorated, the tree is decorated, and the cat hasn't destroyed anything!

We leave in less than 2 weeks for England, and 2 weeks from now we will be in Belgium with ds for the Christmas markets. I am so excited! And I am excited about having time with dh alone.
I am a college girl at heart and love amaretto sours. I also love Belgian beer, especially Lambic.
I'm finally making some progress on my to-do list, and we will probably be able to drop some money into our "House Fund" this month!
Also - I have NO IDEA when we are going home for good, and I am actually kinda ok with it (for now)

ETA: Red wine is my favorite drink. I split a bottle of Malbec last night with a friend and it was heavenly.
I'm feeling contractions. Don't think this is it but I like all signs pointing to being done early.
I won $10 at work.
I've eaten 3/4 of a pumpkin pie over the past few days and have every intention of finishing it tonight.

I am done with work this week. It has been a crazy week full of holidays here so I get to sleep in tomorrow.
I love a good red wine and a sangria magarita.
My good news:
- Our friend from Paris is coming to visit this weekend! (He's in Abu Dhabi on business).
- Next weekend, I fly to Kuwait for my Zumba instructor training! I'm looking forward to being able to teach, and maybe running some classes here!
- The weekend after that, we leave for the States....but shhhhhh, it's a surprise! :-)
Drinks - Anything! I don't discriminate! Love me some wine, mulled wine, smirnoff ice, and malibu with anything (coke, cranberry juice, etc). I also love hot choc with mint baileys :-)

My Doha Adventures
My good news is I'm on maternity leave. I'm slowly but surely getting everything done that I want to before baby and xmas.
My favorite drink...I have many depends on what I'm doing and the weather. I enjoy good Belgian and wheat beers, wine, sangria, margaritas, caipirinha, ciders, lager shandy, and corona light with lime. I can't wait to drink again!
My boyfriend told me that he loves me. And I've gotten over the instant shock and fear and discomfort and now find it charming and sweet and endearing in the way it's supposed to be.
And I love a vodka gimlet.
I love my new advent calendar and am so looking forward to making a big breakfast for DH and I on Sunday when my detox is over. yay!
DH has been amazing lately and is giving out a ton of hugs.
Anything with champange, mulled wine, and wine, especially chanti!

No good news today, I'm feeling pretty down and grumpy.
Favourite drink would be Champagne, Onesly, I love your Champagne slogan!!! Close second would be Rose, White and Red wines. I don't drink hard alcohol, but if I have to choose it would be a Mojito.
I am so ridiculously giddy about being so close to meeting my little stinker and so is DH which makes me overwhelmingly ridiculously giddy that he is so excited too.
We are planning an entire weekend of just the two of us time this weekend. It is one of our last weekends just the two of us...for a long while.
Oh AND my darling Alabama Crimson Tide will be playing for the National Championship on Jan 9. Roll Tide.
Fave drinks for every season: Stella/Corona for hot summer days, bourbon and coke for football season, sangria for spring outdoor parties, gluwine during those cold winter nights. Hey someone get this kid outta me so I can have a drink!

I'm done with my holiday shopping. Everything has been shipped, and should be here in the next few days! I'm so happy that I don't have to stress about gifts getting here on time.
I have a friend coming over tomorrow, and we're going to make salt dough ornaments for our boys. It's going to be fun.
Right now, I'm loving pinot grigio, but my absolute favorite drink is a Cosmopolitan.
