QOTD Wednesday (food)
Inspired by my dinner last night.
What are your go-to toppings for pizza? And that question totally reminded me of this.

I have two pizza types that are my favorite, Pineapple and bacon and feta/or goat cheese with fresh tomatoes and basil.
Now I want pizza.
My favorite is just plain cheese.
But I also like pretty much any vegetables on it. I guess if I had to choose one favorite topping, it would be onions.
At the restaurarant I waitressed at through college (The Original Cottage Inn, Susi!), we had a pizza that was so awesome: no sauce, just garlic and olive oil, black olives, green olives, red onion, feta, herbs and a little bit of mozzarella. Yum, I miss it!

When my sister and I get together we like to order a white pizza with breakfast bacon crumbles, banana peppers, and onions it's so good!
I also love an veggie pizza especially the gourmet vegetarian pizza from Papa Murphy's!
Jane: Cottage Inn! I'm definitely having some when I visit later this month. I'm also a big fan of NYPD (D.C. isn't really great when it comes to NY style pizza).
I'm a pizza traditionalist--I usually go for pepperoni and mushroom. We have one pizza place we always order from, though, and we get their pepperoni, mushroom, green pepper and sausage pizza.
I'm really starting to like just tomato, basil and mozzarella, though. That's what I had last night at Matchbox.
Homemade pizze - ham & onion
Take out individual pizza - Alex Special (which is pretty much everything, except anchovies (sp?))

I love pizza.
Best pizza of all time - Moose's Tooth's Spicy Chicken Picante - it has blackened chicken, jalapenos, cream cheese, chili flakes and mozzarella and provolone cheese. (Ringy can vouch Mosse's Tooth pizza is delicious!)
If we order delivery here it is usually pepperoni or a meat lovers of sorts since that's what DH likes.
If I make it at home - its a garlic base with fontina cheese, prosciutto and arugula.
I love peperroni, mushroom and jalapeno. Sometimes I prefer mushroom, jalapeno, white onion and bell peppers.
Now I want pizza for lunch.
