If you put up a christmas tree, is it up yet?

I'm a tad behind this year and our tree is not up yet. Please someone make me feel better and tell me I am not the only one.

We got one Thanksgiving weekend and put it up then but that's the earliest we've ever put one up. I had five days off and I knew I would be really busy the following weekend so I got it early.

Well we had plans to go cut one down on Saturday but Ava was sick so it got scratched. We went and got one Monday night but we haven't decorated it yet--that's our plan for tomorrow night. We are behind too.

I wanted to get it done this past weekend, but I started getting sick on Friday night, so it got bumped. Poor DD was dying to get the house decorated, so we finally got the tree up last night. I'll hang a few more things around the house today and be done with it.

We don't have ours up yet either. We had tentatively planned to go after work yesterday or today, but now my car is in the shop (a tree won't fit in H's car), and it's rainy, so we probably won't be able to get one until this weekend.

My tree is sitting in the living room... bare naked. Ah well. I usually get all of the decorations up Thanksgiving weekend but I am just so far behind on everything this year.

DH put up the tree on Sunday and we decorated last night but we were behind this year as well.

We've been too busy to put it up and DD's birthday party is this Saturday. We talked about it last night and we'll put the tree up on Sunday and probably slowly decorate it next week/after work and DH will put the outside lights up on Sunday too. Might try to go visit Santa too!

The tree is our main decoration and them some wreaths and garland. It shouldn't take more than an afternoon and a few evenings to get it all decorated.

DH put up the tree last week. We then decorated it last Friday night because we had friends over last Saturday. I've turned the lights on every day this week and I love it!

DH is set on a live tree, and has been lazy up to this point to get one. So as long as it doesn't rain on Saturday that is when we are going.

We bought ours this past weekend and it's up and lit, and all of the unbreakable ornaments are on it but we still need to put the nicer breakable ornaments on it.

This is the earliest we have ever gotten our tree up, we normally wait until the 2nd weekend of December, because I like to have the tree up through 1/6.

I am concerned about our tree "lasting" that long- but I think we got a better tree this year- Frasier fir, they are supposed to last the longest, normally when we wait the place that we go is all out of them and we get stuck w/ a sucky Scotch pine.
