Good morning everyone!
Yesterday, I spent a big portion of my work day closing out my 2011 expenses and finishing up the budget. I had a, what seemed like, very easy question for our finance people. Next thing I know I'm in the middle of a finance argument because they can't figure out what charge line I should charge my stuff to or how to code it.
Seriously. How am I supposed to know this if finance can't figure this out? It totally felt like an Office Space moment.
Today should be a much quieter day and trivia tonight! Yay!

i got a very short nap in yesterday, and i went to bed *slightly* early, but OH BOY did that help. i feel great today. i woke up naturally about 5 mins before my alarm clock (okay fine, i had to pee), but still. i woke up without a major struggle and it just feels good.
bff from nyc is in town right now for work, and we get to see him tonight for dinner, i'm super excited! he's staying at a hotel in downtown seattle, yesterday today, and tomorrow, but he's going to be around all weekend and staying with us! weee!
today's also mommy-daughter day, so i'm eating double-dinners tonight haha. it's okay, i'm pregnant

Last day of the quarter today! I have a half day meeting tomorrow and then I am off until January. Ok, I have to come in 3 other days but I'm trying not to think about that.
I just have a meeting that will be my last thing today but otherwise I'm not scheduled. Just some tasks to get done.
I baked cookies last night and tonight before ballet class I need to put together a cookie box for my dance instructor.

I'm glad another day is gone in this week. Tman was a good boy yesterday and it was such a relief. Today is a new day and a new day to be a good boy. I hope he chooses to do so.
Today, is housework. When Tman gets home from school, we are going to be making some cut-out cookies.
I just want this week to be over.
TTC #2 for a million years: SA normal, CD 23 bloodwork shows nothing amiss, ovulation detected. Next step: ? maybe CD3 bloodwork to check eggs? All out of pocket, so limited IF tests/treatments.

Today is going to be crazy busy, I can just tell - I need to finish up our laundry and put most of it away, then figure out what to pack for NY. We won't get our dry cleaning back until tomorrow morning so I'll have to dash to get that and then throw it in our suitcases before we head to the airport, but I plan to pack everything else we'll need tonight. I also need to wrap a few small gifts for the kids I tutor - tomorrow my kiddos are doing a "reading recital" at their school where they read a passage aloud to friends, family, other kids, etc., and since I can't be there I want to leave them small gifts so I need to wrap those, write up cards, and drop them by the school. I have another personal training session today which may be a bad idea given my legs are SO SORE from all that we did yesterday at the gym, and then I'll need to shower and run a few errands before tutoring this afternoon (at a different school than the one my reading girls are at). And I need to make a Christmas list up for my family for me and H since they are asking me what we want. Which means I need to come up with things we need / want.
I got super stressed out last night when I realized that H and I won't be home (in SF) for a weekend until MLK weekend in January. The holidays are wonderful but they're always so busy!

After last night's Husky game, I'm more optimistic on how they will handle Duke this weekend. But COMEON Romar, you REALLY should have called a time out at the end.....
Last night I finished designing the 50 page Wedding Photo album I'll be giving to my mom and ILs for Christmas. I'm going to do a final review tonight and then I'll place the order. Designing a photo album is really hard, I'm going to be happy once I can check this off the list!
MIL emailed me, and asked me what I wanted for Christmas. Usually I get a few smaller things, but this year she wants to buy everyone one "big" nicer thing. So I'm trying figure out something I want and could use that is in the $100 - $200 range. I always feel bad when people spend more than $50 on me, so this is going to be tough (a total #firstworldproblem).

It's changed my life and I would run back in to my burning house to save it.
Hi ladies! I am sitting in the doctors office right now. My leg is getting worse instead of better and I cannot take any medication at work so I am here to find a new solution! I have only been able to get through 7 out of 10 hours a day at work but they have been great! I am really appreciative of how supportive they have been. I had a ready moment in my bosses office (one of my good friends) because I am frustrated about not being able to work! I think I am ready for 2012!
I am excited though that the Hubs hours are changing and he will be home an hour earlier!
All of this. Times one million. Terrence Ross was INCREDIBLE last night (did you see that dunk on the pass from Wroten? You must have, they showed it about six times), but I was annoyed they went for the basket so early. I get it, I just don't know why you don't use the time out to sub in defensive guys and make sure you know who is on each of Marquette's players. It was no secret that the dude with the dreads (sorry I don't know his name and too lazy to look it up) was going to have the ball - he was on fire in the second half.
That being said, I am now hopeful that I will at least want to stay through the entire game on Sat. There was a small part of me that was considering leaving at halftime if they were down by 20+ points (which I thought might happen, even though Duke got killed by tOSU).
