Help me make this chair more pretty PIP

This is a child's size chair. Cora seems to love it. And, while we really don't have the room for it, I figured we could keep it since with a family of 6, seating is becoming limited.
It is white wicker, which is really not my style. And, the white on the bottom leaves horrible marks on the floor - so we have to keep it on the rug.
So, other than painting it, what are your suggestions to make this chair a little prettier?
