good job cuz its deader than dead in here and i keep refreshing to see who is appropriately commenting on my groundbreaking news and would like there to be other things than my vanity to look at.
milo walked this week, which was less amazing then crawling, probably because we waited forever for him to crawl he army maned around forever, for walking he never held onto our hands and walked and he never cruised, one day he just got up and walked!?
our kitchen floor, counters, backsplash and island AKA DISHWASHER is getting done next week. thankfully.
i could always start a post about seth williams choosing to not have a new sentencing trial for mumia abu jamal and letting his have life in prison instead.... that might get some activity.
on an aw note- i got put on a big new project at work and i am super excited. and i booked a vacation to la and orange county for january. woot!
ering - did you have a baby also? and were moving back to the philly land? am i confusing something?
lachute - i watched the milo video. very impressive!
i did have a baby. he is awesome. sadly, every time we get close to moving back something happens (usually good, new, exciting, too good to pass up things) and we stay in dc. i am so so torn.

how is mothering and working going?
i learned yesterday that daycare is nearly as much as our mortgage, which has me so angry that i didnt just buy a shore house all these years.
I will AW that I have two fully stocked freezers of meals made for after the baby comes. The nursery looks like the layette department threw up all over it but at least we'll eat!

yes, i gave birth to the heat miser. i am assuming either rudolph or the cold miser will be the next kid. i really hope it isn't the bumble- i don't know if a bumble would survive this far south and my air conditioning bills would be outrageous.
mothering and working is good. i am fortunate that i was able to juggle my hours so i work super early and i am "available" until 6p but get to leave the office by 4p. its a lot some days but i can't imagine being home full time.
daycare prices are rough..... i didn't even think of the shore house. you have now made me more depressed. we are lucky the ds is at the ymca so it is more reasonable than some places. kids are a lot of money yo.

It's ok! It made my night more entertaining. Good thing I called dh and let him know before he saw all the notifications on his phone. He was tagged in Tommy's ultrasound picture so he got all of the notifications congratulating me on being pregnant too. I think he would have fainted if he read them before I called and explained lol
Swear to god same thing happened to another friend today. Someone somehow commented on a status for her from 2009 announcing she is pregnant and everyone thought she was pregnant again. Funny! Dave would have fainted too.
I'm AWing that I love my job! I'm so happy I finally got up the guts to make the switch. Quality of life IS important, it turns out!
And I'm buying a new car soon. If it actually stops raining so that I can actually go to dealerships and do some test driving.
I finished wrapping all the christmas presents that have already been purchased. I only have to get a few more things and then I am done. I am so over this holiday.
