Full Circle girls (non clicky poll)

I took a hiatus from FCF (gasp) over the summer because I really love hitting the farmer's markets. I finally remembered to sign back up because I started having withdrawls, but I noticed they've changed their delivery options. With the old system, we were getting the standard box every other week. I signed up for the "sprout" sized box for now, but I was wondering...

If you haven't suspended/reactivated your account, did they make you switch over to the new box sizes?

Do they only do weekly delivery now, or still offer a biweekly option?

If you have experience with the new box sizes, is "sprout" the best option for 2 very hungry people?

In case this makes no sense and you don't know what I'm talking about...

  • they didn't force us to switch so we're still on the 'standard' every 2 weeks. sorry I can't answer any other questions because I don't really understand the new system!

ETA: ok, so I just looked at it... that's weird.  Basically what it boils down to is that it's more expensive?

Do they only do weekly delivery now, or still offer a biweekly option? I believe new customers are weekly only. Biweekly is offered to the old members, but it's a manual process and you have to email customer every 3 boxes to ask them to update your delivery schedule

If you have experience with the new box sizes, is "sprout" the best option for 2 very hungry people? I went down to sprout on a biweekly basis and it's not enough. I'm about to go back to the garden size box. Sprout would be good for 2 hungry people on a weekly basis though.

It's definitely more expensive... but if we start getting it weekly we probably won't have to supplement with grocery store produce, so I don't mind paying a little more.

Let me know what you think of the sprout box and how much you get in it. We're still on the bi-weekly plan, but were contemplating changing over.

  • I'll report back on how the sprout box works out for us. I'm just totally out of the loop after not having FCF for several months. Our first box comes next week... I'm so impatient!
