What a day for us! We get our new (to us) car tonight, and little Baby raynes is half baked today! Whaaa?? Where in the world have the last 20 weeks gone?
I managed to convince Derek to help me get at least the garland and those lights up on the house last night. It's sparse, but better than nothing.
Tonight, I have no idea, hopefully something productive!

Doing pretty good today! I'm glad the sun's out because I am visiting my lawyer today to get our wills finally done.
I still need to do some Christmas shopping. The other day, I drove to the mall and circled the parking lot for 20 minutes before giving up on finding a spot. Who the hell are all these people shopping on a Tuesday afternoon?? Maybe I'll try another mall today.

Good morning. I'm just working from the hotel this morning, and then I'm taking the afternoon off. Maybe do some shopping and wandering around 5th avenue before heading down to the 9/11 memorial and then meeting up with some friends and their new baby.
I'll be happier when they get the hot water fixed - I was not a happy camper when I hopped in the shower this morning!

Good morning. I have been exhausted all week and know that today is going to be a caffeine day for me. I'm really looking forward to this weekend so I can catch up on some sleep.
Last night was uneventful. We watched a college b-ball game but otherwise didn't do too much. I had plans to workout but decided on a nap instead. Oops. Tonight I have a TC/wine night.
sushi* I'm so jealous you're going to the memorial. It's on my list of must-dos soon. I'd imagine it will be a very powerful, emotional place to visit.
raynes* Enjoy your new car! which reminds me I need to make a service call for mine. grrrr
I'm hoping Grey's and Private Practice are new tonight, but I doubt it. I think we're in holiday show time instead. Booo. I'll be snuggling in for some lounge time tonight either way. I got some new tea flavors, so they're making me super happy and cozy.
My interview for today at the law firm is possibly getting rescheduled. I'm still waiting to hear. It should be earlier now, like lunch time, rather than on my way home, so it will be an early day at the office for me possibly. I'm just hoping they don't schedule a different day, because it's a lot to make sure I'm all dolled up and have all my stuff as it is. I hate doing it twice.
Ringy - Good for you. I will admit I am a slacker and DH and I still have yet to get a will drawn up. We say we are going to, but never get there. Ugh. I really need to put this as a priority.
Lastnight was uneventful. After the boys went to bed, I went upstairs and hit the sack. I am so tired. Well of course, I was up at 3:00, couldn't fall back to sleep until almost 5:00, and my alarm went off at 5:20. FML.
Tonight, I am hoping to get some motivation and start pulling out Christmas decorations. I am so hesitant, because I don't want the boys to destroy them.

Good morning! Last night was so gross--constant rain, it wouldn't stop! I made myself go to the gym, and my feet were soaked as soon as I starting walking there (and we live less than a five minutes away). But I managed to go. It was raining so hard that Josh sent me a cute but pleading message for me to pick him up at the Metro. He never does that, and I was happy to make sure he didn't get soaked.
Today is going to be crazy--meeting after meeting! But then we're going out for a co-worker's good-bye happy hour. Just have to get through the next few hours ...

Good morning! This week has just been plain crazy and exhausting. I just want it to be already December 17th and have school behind me. Almost there!
Today I plan on finishing up my senior design presentation and double check some minor details on our report. Then I plan to take a break and attend a party our civil engineering society will having.

Like Susi, I managed to slog through the rain to the gym last night for some swimming. I had to share a lane, but it was good to go.
I am already looking forward to tomorrow, which is sad, because I have a ton of stuff I need to concentrate on getting done today. I just want to stay at home and do errands and clean and bake. Our holiday closing cannot get here soon enough.
Oh, here's something fun! I finally booked our cruise. We are going mid-March on RCL to Belize and Cozumel. I'm very excited about this. It will be our first cruise. I'm hoping that we love it and it becomes a recurring vacation choice.

Last night was so windy and cold. It made me keep my work out indoors. While I cooked some chicken chili. Uneventful night but cozy.
Tonight DH and I are going to see a play based off a David Sedaris Christmas story. I am really excited about it. I hope it's good.

Last night, I had my last presentation for my drama class, and I'm SO glad that's over and done with! It went really well and was interesting because the teachers we were presenting to didn't have a drama background, so they were surprised by a lot of the experience. I always tell people that drama class is just differentiated instruction, but I guess if you've never experienced it, you wouldn't know.

Last night was fairly uneventful, just a bit of work and catching up on some tv. Today is our work holiday party, so it's going to be a shorter day for me. Hopefully, I can get all my work done beforehand. And hopefully Grey's and Private Practice are new tonight. I'm getting sick of waiting for new episodes.
I'm another one that's getting sick of no Grey's and PP. I heard the new episodes will start airing in January. BOO!
Today, I'm dropping Izaac off with a friend so I can get the rest of my shopping done. I just need stocking stuffers and I have a couple things to put in the mail. Yesterday Izaac ran away from me in the mall and I couldn't find him. Worst feeling ever! I screamed for him and finally someone pointed him out to me. The little brat was hiding under a rack of clothes! When I grabbed him he just started laughing. As if it was funny.
I bought Russ a pair of tickets to a World Junior's hockey game. Canada vs. Sweden. I'm so excited, even though it's a pre-competition game. I get to pick those up tonight.

Morning ladies. Last night was low key. I spent half an hour trying to decorate the tree but LO is congested and teething so she had no interest in playing alone and wanted to be held most of the night. We had chicken nuggets for dinner cause it was the best we could pull together last minute.
Today should be more of the same. I really want to finish decorating the tree so I can put the wrapped gifts underneath instead of laying around in the baby's room. We will probably get take out pizza since it's football night. We didn't go grocery shopping last weekend so we've been making do with what we had laying around. I have to go this weekend cause I'm pretty much out of produce and creative ideas.
Last night DH and I moved the crate into the laundry room to crate up Winston with his litter to try and get a urine sample and try to re-litter train. It made me really upset see him all sad and mopey in the crate and I cried thinking about the consequences if we can't get his problem under control. He hasn't peed yet.
Today work was excessively busy and I ended up with overtime. I hate how short staffed we are. It's hard to find the time to drink water and take care of myself in general which isn't good. I don't see tomorrow being much better.
