Melissa is tired of dealing with crap. She spent an hour (most of it on hold) on the phone this morning with the IRS. Long story short, what the IRS stated would be a $5k payment due from 2009 turned into a $750 refund. Bonus, the IRS guy was incredibly nice and helpful and he even took care of everything over the phone. The bad part is Melissa will have to do a lot of paperwork to correct the same issue in 2010 and all the state stuff too.
She also is dealing with issues with insurance and it's really pissing her off. Between doctors offices not filing claims (costing Melissa $600+), same office making unauthorized CC charges, and the pharmacy not giving her the right claim authorization #'s, Melissa is about to lose her mind!

Eva is so excited. She just learned that she passed the first two sections to become a certified interior designer.
She now has to register for the 3rd and final test to be done with it. Squeee Eva is so excited she is hopping in her desk chair.
Julie appreciates it, but apparently it still isn't working. Argh! Julie thinks she will hold out until 2:30 and if no call, she will be calling them!
