Shutterfly responded and gave me a big credit. No offer of immediate reprint probably because I told them I really needed to send out the cards ASAP. So better but certainly not enticing to order photo cards from them again.

Major bummer. I usually love Shutterfly.
I ordered mine from Costco (just photo cards), they turned out great, were really cheap ($20 for 75, with envelopes) and they threw in 5 free calendar-type photo cards. Plus, I think you can get them same-day, since I ordered mine the night before and they were ready at 11 AM the next day to pick up. Granted, the layouts aren't as cute, but that was OK for me.
Can you re-print them at Costco?
