The other night I made bangin' pan-seared pork chops. First time ever and they turned out faboo!! DH couldn't stop raving about how good they were.
In the back of my head I thought "Wow, the TIPers would be so proud of me!" because you all know how notorious my lack-of-cooking skills are.
I get to talk about my awesome? Why certainly.
I haven't missed a day of Power90 Master Series boot camp in 2 weeks. That's 6 days a week of back breaking cardio and resistance circuits for 2 straight weeks. My creepy muscles are all coming back.
Also, I've managed to put both of the projects I was handed solidly back on track and profitable, and I've been in this job for all of 4 months. They were my first projects ever.
Also, I am a pretty good cook, but pan-searing completely blows my mind. Good for you!
I'm a damn good mom.
I work two jobs and work on my farm and raise my kid. DH and I bought a farm this year and are working our asses off on it.
The kids at job #1 love me, and I think they are awesome.
I've done a lot at job #2 to change things for the better, and I'm proud of it.
I am an awesome person to live with. I cook, I bake fresh bread weekly, I clean, I even prepare my roomie's coffee ahead of time when I know I'm going to be gone because she's super busy and will forget and she NEEDS her coffee. She says I'm the best wife ever.
I am a kickass cook. Maybe not the healthiest, but it tastes good!
I give awesome massages.
I have phenomenal taste in music.
I could keep going..
I'm a loyal, supportive, fun friend that dispenses some great advice and bon mots.
I am a giant softie, which often works against me, but oftentimes I find delight in it. You'd think that life would have hardened me by now, but, nope.
I have fabulous skin, boobs, and eyes/eyelashes. And, yes, they're all real.
You really are!

Some days I feel like I should get a medal for juggling work and family pretty damn well.
I am wonderful at teaching things to other people. I am not a straight-A student myself, (more of a B student) but if someone has trouble and I understand what is going on with the subject I can usually help them.
I have finally mastered some really healthy recipes for the slow cooker. Its a life saver during these first couple months with Abby. I stuff it all in and by the time H comes home its ready to dig in.
Re: the agree thread-- I think my assessment of how TIP perceives me was pretty accurate.
By my birthday next week, I will have less than 12k in student loans.
I taught myself to decorate cakes.
I taught myself to make bows.
I can free form crochet dog-hats and dinosaurs.
I can put together a pretty damn good gift basket.
I have good taste in clothes most of the time.
That was actually kind of therapeutic. I've felt kind of crappy about my job and our money situation, lately. So it was nice to see how awesome I am.
I have 3 children who have grown into 3 amazing young adults. I'm so proud of them and have worked very hard to get them where they are. It was not friggin easy!
I have awesome hair!
I am proud of the way my x and i have handled our divorce and the kids.
I am self sufficient and totally independent, and i take shiot from no one.
I didn't post anything bad about myself, I don't think, but I'll join in!
I'm damn good at getting sh!t done when it needs to be done. I joke all the time at work that I could be a project manager if we had that, since I'm very much able to be on top of situations and communicate to get things done.
I think I'm pretty good at what I do. My clients like me and a few have had breakthroughs recently, once they begin trusting the process and letting themselves "go there" with me.
I've got awesome hair and a nice ass.
I'm pretty good at doing makeup and at photography (IMO, of course).
