So I went to a new doctor yesterday and she's suggesting I try cutting out gluten to solve my myriad-and-so-far-a-complete-mystery-to-all-doctors health problems. I'm probably not going to try it before the holidays (Yes, I know if that's actually the cause I'll feel lots better. But, well, I like cookies. And we're going on vacation in two weeks.), but I want to gather information now so that I can be all ready to jump in when we get back.
Do any of you have any experience with this kind of thing? Know of any websites or cookbooks that are particularly good? I feel like I'm just fishing here, and I'm obviously relying heavily on Google, but figured I'd throw it out there to see if anyone has any thoughts.
