Are you just going non-stop from the time you wake up til the time you go to bed?
This is mine so far without DH since he's not always home (and this is based on 1 1/2 weeks back to work). I've cooked a meal on Sundays that have lasted until Wednesday... so all I have to do is microwave it.
5:30- wake up & pump
6- shower & get dressed
6:30- get my bags organized (clean pump parts & pack them up)/ boil water for oatmeal & tea, feed animals
6:45- wake S up, change & nurse her
7- let dog out & get everything packed in the car
I drop S off by 7:30 & get to work by 8.
I get out of work at 4:30, get to my car by 4:45... pick S up at 5:15 & home by 5:30/5:40. I have to walk the dog and then I play with her for a bit, nurse her a few times and then she's in bed at 7:30. I have to factor in bath & reading time into that equation too.
Last night, I ate after I put her to bed since I wanted to optimize my time with her. After I put her to bed, I clean out my bags and pack my lunch for the next day. I pump once before I go to bed.
I haven't done laundry at all this week (and I need to motivate to start CDing soon so that will be a necessity).
Re: working moms, can you post your daily schedules?
I feel like I can't sit down for even a second on weekdays. Sometimes I stay up later, just so I can have a few minutes in front of the TV or something! This is what my day is usually like (J drops off/picks up Eli from daycare everyday but Thursday):
Morning
5:10 - Wake up, shower, get ready.
6:00 - Switch the laundry, fold clothes, pick out clothes for myself and Eli. If I have a few extra minutes, I might clean the bathroom or something.
6:15 - Wake up Eli (and Justin). While Justin is changing his diaper, I pack up my pump parts for work.
6:20 - Nurse Eli
6:40ish - Play with Eli for a few minutes, then change my clothes.
6:50 - Leave for work
Usually, I run errands on my lunch break.
Afternoon
445ish - Get home, finish whatever prep for dinner I can, get Eli's dinner ready.
5:00 - Eli and J get home; feed Eli while Justin changes.
5:15 - Family/play time with Eli
6:20 - Preheat oven, turn water to boil, etc.
630 - Nurse Eli, then give his bath and put him down for bed. While Justin is changing him, I pop food in the oven, put pasta on the stove, etc depending on what we are having for dinner.
7:15ish - Finish dinner and eat
8:00 - Wash bottles/food containers from daycare and my pump parts, and prepare bottles/food/clothes for Eli for the next day
8:30 - Do whatever is on my cleaning schedule for the day, then do whatever prep I can for dinner the next night. (Put a casserole together, chop veggies, etc.)
I'm usually in bed between 930 and 1030, then I start the whole process over again! It's not this regimented, but we end up staying close to this schedule. When both Justin and I went back to work, I had a tough time figuring out how to do it all, so I started small. First, I made sure I got in all the time with Eli I could and got us ready for work/daycare the next day. Then, I added in keeping my house clean. It took me a while to figure out when to find time to feed us, but prepping everything I can the night before has helped a lot. Don't worry, you will figure out how to fit it all in!

well, we have the privilege of C's mom staying with us right now and she usually makes dinner the nights she watches the babies. The other days (been Mon/Tues the last two weeks) she's gone to see my SIL so I'll go with that schedule since its what we'll have in the future.
Quinn is usually up to eat at 5 ish, but I'm going to omit those details since that's not super relevant.
(when they go to my mom's)
5:30 up - Chris pumps; I shower, take Bailey for a quick walk, move laundry to the dryer, shove something in my mouth, get dressed, pour milk from overnight pump into bottles, pack up babies' bag
6:20 - get babies up if not already up; dress; try desperately to leave by 6:40. Chris then gets ready herself, has breakfast, takes Bailey out again.
I drop off Babies about 7, and go to work.
We haven't done DC yet, so I'm not entirely sure how it'll work. I leave for work by 6:45 though so its going to be all Chris. She'll probably have basically the same schedule (esp since I'll likely use these days to go to crossfit twice/week) except 30 min later. I can let you know in Jan
C pumps at 10:30 and 3 at work
I leave work at 4 and get the babies from my mom's around 4:40 and am home by 5:15. When they're in DC I will get there to pick them up around 4:50/5ish and by home by 5:20 I think.
I usually bring them and the bags inside and leave them in their car seats for a couple of minutes while I take Bailey out to pee. I imagine when they're in covertables I'll just have to pop them into a crib or something. We all hang out until Chris gets home around 6. She pumps, we play some more, start baths around 6:45/7 depending on how fussy they are (we do baths every other night; other nights we do lotion and a book). feed again, in bed by 7:15 or so.
I usually take down the diapers to wash at this point and then we eat dinner. One of us walks Bailey after dinner. Dishes including bottle and pump parts (we have two sets so one can be in the dishwasher at all times). lunches and breakfast for work for tomorrow are packed, plus babies' bag. Chris goes to pump about 9:30. Fold whatever came out of dryer. Put load of regular laundry in. Go to bed and think about working on homework tomorrow. Feed someone around 1 (chris usually does the second then pumps). Repeat.
ETA: We had dinner in the crockpot last night. We had a 6:30 doc appt and got home at 7:40 and the babies went right to bed. We watched The Middle and Modern Family, did two loads of laundry/folding, dishes and lunches and still got to bed at 10. I have NO CLUE how that happened.
You guys exhaust me.

2012 Reading Challenge
I don't want to type this all out but maybe if I do I will somehow find more time in my day. (wishful thinking or what?)
Morning:
6:30 - Get up/Get myself ready
6:45 - Get up/ Get B ready
7-7:15 Pack up the car and go (I'm pretty lucky that B is at both of our mom's houses during the week so we just keep food there for her meals and MIL and my cousin are both cool with fixing whatever for her to eat.)
8-8:30 Arrive at work depending on how much MIL or cousin wants to chat that morning. (mostly I mean MIL)
Evening Based on MIL watching B:
5:30-7:00 - Leave work (depending on if J and I ride together and how busy we are)
6:30- 8 (depending on what time we leave work) pick up B
7-8:30 again depending on all of the above - get home / make B dinner because depending on what time we get home J and I usually just pick something up because we are starving from not having eaten since 12
As soon as B is done eating we play for a bit do bathtime a couple nights a week (not nearly often enough)
8:30- 9:30 B's Bedtime which consists of story time and snuggling oh and lately about a thousand kisses from J & I.
After B is in bed if we didn't pick up food J & I eat, I shower, clean the kitchen and do whatever else needs to be done.
I usually sit down for the first time about 10 no matter what time we get home sometimes it isn't until about 10:30. Then I either watch tv, read or pass out while trying to do either.
I HATE WINTER!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I want my summer schedule back!
Levi gets up anywhere from 7-9 at the latest.
7:30: I get in the shower,
By 8:30: I'm showered, dressed, have some laundry folded and put away and if Levi is awake I have his diaper changed and have him dressed.
8:30: Put Levi's oatmeal in the microwave, give Charly his pills and put the dogs out.
8:35: Put Levi in his highchair, give him cup of milk with his oatmeal.
8:36: Feed the cats, feed the dogs, figure out what's for supper.
8:45: Put the dogs in the basement
8:50: Levi is usuallyd one eating, clean him up, let him play for a few minutes.
9:10: Out the door to the sitters
9:30: Drop Levi at sitters
9:45: Stop for coffee
10:00: Get to work.
3:45: Dan picks Levi up from the sitter
4:00: I leave work
4:05: I'm home from work and Levi and I play for awhile, Dan takes dogs out.
4:30-4:45: I start making supper
5:00-5:30: We eat supper
6:00-7:30: Play with Levi, watch tv, kill time on laptop
8:00: Bath time for Levi
9:00: Levi's usually in bed.
9:30-10:00: Dan and I go to bed
10:30-11:00: I shut the tv off and go to sleep.
7am M wakes up and I dress her
7:15-30 I'm in the shower
Im dressed and downstairs by 8am usually
I make our lunches, Alexi takes out dogs and feeds them, if M is starving I give her a snack while I make lunches. Otherwise she eats breakfast at MIL's
8:30 our goal is to be out of the house no later than now, earlier if possible.
8:40 drop M off at inlaw's
8:55 at work
5:30-45 leave work and get M
6pm arrive home
7pm dinner (M usually eats at inlaw's if she does she still sits with us for a snack while we eat)
8pm start M's bedtime routine. She's usually out no later than 8:45
Alexi and I now alternate nights on who puts her to bed. When I was nursing, it was always me. Her routine consists of bath, jammies, read 3 stories, music as she falls asleep. Before I weaned she'd nurse instead of the books. After she's in bed it's me time and I try to be in bed by 10:30. Whoever doesn't put M down cleans the kitchen.

It is beyond exhausting. ... But is also the best part of my life. That outweighs the exhaustion anyday.
I am not all that tired as long as I sleep 4 hours at a pop at some point. I average 6/night weekdays and 7-8 weekends now and it is ok. When I was only sleeping 1-2 hrs in a row it was awful and I was literally physically weak. I have no idea how I still have my new job.
Here is mine...it will be interesting once we add baby girl to the mix. This is on a day care day. When he stays home it is similar only he just goes downstairs with my MIL.
7:15-7:30- get up and make Dylan breakfast (usually pancakes, or cereal or toast) and pack his and DH's lunch which I get ready the night before.
7:30-8:00- Wake up Dylan, give him breakfast, get him dressed
8:00- Leaves with DH to go to day care, I get in the shower and get ready for work. (i love my morning "me" time) If I have time I will clean the bathroom or our room or Dylan's room before getting in the shower it all depends on how lazy I am being that morning.
(4:45- I will pick Dylan up from day care the days I get out of work by 4 which isn't often as I usually work until 8pm)
5:00-5:15- DH picks Dylan up, gives him a snack, waits for dinner (luckily MIL is usually making dinner- one of the perks of living here)
5:30-6:00- eat dinner
6-6:30- Clean up ( I do the dishes if I am home, otherwise I play with Dylan if he doesn't go out in the garage with his dad)
6:30-7:30- playtime with Dylan, (while getting laundry done or anything else that needs to be done. - when I am home at night)
7:30-8- snack for Dylan and get him ready for bed or bath time (every other night he gets a bath)
8:15- Rock Dylan for 15 minutes to enjoy some snuggle time (this is mostly meant for me cause he is not much of a snuggler and it is the only time he lets me snuggle him) and then lay him down. It helps him unwind at night.
8:30- lay Dylan down half asleep and listen to him talk himself to sleep (so cute). I have been trying to get him to lay down by 8:15 lately so our mornings don't feel so rushed but he usually doesn't fall asleep until 8:30-8:45 anyway.
8:35- prepare lunches for the next day then go upstairs and relax for awhile. It took me awhile to get to the point of having this time for myself to relax but I finally got there!
