big sigh... I can see my desk again!

the student that I usually work with has a fairly extensive ABA intensive academic program and it was started in late May of last year, the case manager changed plus he had a different summer school teacher, so things were a little disorganized.  This week he went on a vacation with family so I had a few periods in my day (I thought). Monday another co-worker was absent so I was covering his classes, Tuesday I was out, yesterday another co-worker came in late and one needed coverage... so needless to say, today is the first day I have had to work on the piles of stuff on my desk that needed to be organized and put away.  But I did it!  I can see most of the surface of my desk and brought all the student's work back into the classroom where it belongs... its not pretty, but I will have time later to get more into it.

For now, I am going to make cookies with my other students!

  • Excellent work!

We are hoping to get our rooms finally up and running properly before vacation. I got a little done the other day when my girl was out sick, but man we got off to a rough start this year and haven't really recovered.
