Poll - What's the weirdest thing in your living room right now?

I just looked over and realized we have a pool noodle in the middle of our floor (we don't even have a pool).  Yeah - random.  I think DS dragged it in from the garage the other day.  I really have no idea where or why we even got it?

Re: Poll - What's the weirdest thing in your living room right now?

  • nothing really "weird", but if someone was to come over, i'd put away my tablemate tv tray and my space heater.
  • We have kids...  All kids of stuff...  Laundry baskets, laundry, play food, rain boots, broom, poker chips, and red glitter shoes.
  • A diaper box full of hangers and a lacrosse stick. It needs to go into storage, but we haven't been there in a week or so and I don't want to make a special trip for hangers.

  • One child's clothes hanger, fake snake, one infant sock, toy carousel that some other kids brought downstairs and I haven't taken it back up.  Until a few minutes ago, the kids chocolate advent calendar was laying on the floor.

  • Umm...probably Charlotte's little pink sand timer.  I keep it in our kitchen "junk" drawer, and she loves to pull it out and play with it.

  • Pacifier and a sippy cup.  Probably not that odd for a lot, but we don't have any kids yet.  There is also a small pile of banjo picks on the coffee table.

As an aside, this is the 2nd time I've seen people talking about banjos today. Random.

  • An assortment of reindeer stuffed animals lined up by DS. Everyrhing else is pretty normal - including the fake lizard on the coffee table. I guess my idea of normal has changed.

It's DH's new hobby, or new since March.  I'm not a fan.  Oh, and what does he want for Christmas?!?- a banjo with a pickup, so he can hook it up to an amp.  Heaven help me!
