Anyone watch Teen Mom 2 the other night?
Parts of it still shock me. Janelle has no reason to talk to/treat her mom like that, but on the flip side her mom is absolutely psycho!
I watched a segment on Good Morning America and they said they struggle and have a hard life.. um.. I couldn't help but think that they don't truly know what struggle is. Don't they make thousands per episode?
I still don't like it as much as the original Teen Mom.

Re: Anyone watch Teen Mom 2 the other night?
I watched it.
I took it off my "shows to watch this season" list. No one has changed at all. It's the same annoying stuff that went on all of the first season.
67/200
Exactly this.
I was a little disappointed that we didn't get to see Randy (Chelsea's dad) in this episode. He's a total enabler, but I still like him.
Isn't Janelle in jail? I can tell you if my daughter got in my face like she does I would smack her and kick her out of the house.
She created that monster. The mom is constantly screaming and doesn't have much respect for personal space, so it's no surprise Janelle communicates the same way. The mom created a self-fulfilling prophecy by talking to Janelle like she's stupid and incapable of responsible behavior.
I dislike Janelle, BUT I think with enough counseling, time and distance from her mother, and a mentor of some sort, I think she could be a functioning adult.
I agree with this. Didn't she do really well in school when she actually went and applied herself? She makes really bad decisions but has no one pushing her to reach her full potential. It seems like the people in her life just remind her how big of a failure she is and will continue to be.
I think Janelle responds to negative attention and that's part of the reason why she acts out so much. Like PP's have said, it's probably because of the way she was raised with her crazy mother.
I really wish Janelle would make some better choices and get back on track
But I guess her drama does make for more interesting TV...
