Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

Back spasm? Dunno if that was what it was....
Back spasm norm with pregnancy? I woke up with oneBout 4 am and about another hr later again.Both on left side and after sleeping on that side. I seriously thought something was wrong. It took my breathe away for quite awhile.Maybe baby moved and hitting something? I thought I was gonna die. It took getting up and walking around to settle down.
