Do you bake it with crescent roles or puff pastry? I have never made it before and I want to try it out this weekend.

I like wrapping gouda in crescent dough too. My Mom used to do that for Christmas for us every year.
My favorite way to eat Brie is smothered with honey and almonds on French bread.
I do a non-pastry version that is pretty simple but good. Wheel of brie, topped w/ a jar of mango chutney, topped w/ diced already cooked bacon, or almonds if something is wrong with you and you don't like bacon. Bake the whole thing in the oven. So good
