what do you do with yours?
all of this FCF stuff has me wondering if we should order it. we eat a TON Of produce.. so who knows which box would be right for us. anyway..
how do you cook chard?

we're having twins!
Re: chard?
I had never cooked chard before we started getting our FCF basket.
DH and I can't get enough of this recipe.

I like to put it in a recipe my mom used to make called Joe's Special. Basically, you saute crumbled Italian turkey sausage, garlic and onions in a skillet, add in chopped up chard and then scramble an egg into it. I don't like eggs in general, but this is one I'll eat 'em!
Ditto LegalBritt too, it's really good just sauteed with a little EVOO and garlic. Topping with parm is a great idea! I'm going to try that. Here's hoping we get chard in my first FCF box! Theirs is the best!
