How can I use this?

I know I came to the right spot for ideas, right? I bought a kit to make one of those plaster belly cast kits when I was pregnant but it didn't arrive in time and now it is just camping out in my closet with it's matching paint set. What else can I use it for? Surely there is something else out there I can make a plaster cast of. My post partum belly just doesn't seem like the muse my baby belly was though. Not sure I can get my 3 year old or my 8 month old to sit still for a long period of time either, not surer I guess. Hmmmmm?

  • Handprints and footprints of the kids? I'm not familiar with the kits -- does it have to be used in one big piece or can you separate it in small parts?

  • There are strips of fabric that you drape on your tummy and plaster u paint over it, wait a long time to dry then use some sort of sanding screen and paint. I wish i had done my belly. Then again what would I have done with it?

  • I would do the baby's bum but he won't just sit still while it dries.
