As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. i am so impatient

i found something i want to order on etsy for my MIL's bday - but it needs customization and the listing wasn't clear about it. i convo'd her to ask my question. she sort of answered it - 3 hrs later. i immediately wrote back that i want to pay for the additional things not included - tell me how much and how and i'm buying today.

no response yet.

this all started at 8:30am - lol! i need instant answers! i want to order this and cross another thing off my to-do list!
