*pdx* re: costumes
When I was living with XH and I would dress up it was easy to just come downstairs all decked out, but what do you do with your FWB?
Obviously I don't have stuff at his place so I was thinking about showing up at the door all dressed up (thankfully it's coat season so I can be covered up) instead of showing up in jeans then changing. What do you do?
Other ideas: cop, french maid (I just used accessories like the feather duster and apron that came with a costume), girly girl like Alice in Wonderland. FWB wants me to wear Ugg boots and a winter hat only, also just white thigh highs. I want him only wearing work boots one day

So yes because it's coat season I typically just through on the trench. It's always a tad awkward at first though because we usually have a drink and chat first and I'm always like should I take the coat off? Will it be weird if I sit here in my costume?
During the summer though I told him he either had to come to my house or there would be no costumes. When he did come over though I ended up just changing because we were having dinner first and I would feel uber weird eating in my costume.
It's definitely a challenging, but fun situation.
Also I like to "get into character" by sending him a few sexy message as the character I'm dressed up as, but I never tell him exactly what I am (even though it's pretty obvious). So like for sexy secretary I sent him a message that was like "Mr. FWB, it seems you let some files at the office. Do you mind if I swing by your place to drop them off? I'd like to continue our conversation regarding market penetration if you have some time."

lol @ discountstripper! I was in a production of the Rocky Horror Show last year, and many of the costumes and accessories were ordered there -- I swear I'm not a secret stripper!
Not that there's anything wrong with strippers. I just don't happen to be one.
So we beat on, boats against the current, borne back ceaselessly into the past.
OMG I love this! I am going to his house straight from the holiday party so I was going to change in the car somewhere (I'm ridiculously good at this) and throw my coat on. I was totally thinking about texting him some kind of scandalous hints like, "I'm on my way over. I hope I'm not late for detention"
Ok, so now the important question. School girl with black underthings/thigh highs or white? Keep in mind, he also mentioned he wants white thigh highs only one night but I want to keep the skirt on tonight and not have him take it off to fulfill the white thigh high only fantasy. But I like the white panties better for a school girl. See my predicament? Thoughts?
I'd do black stockings because you want to keep the skirt on, and maybe skip the panties. But if you want to do white panties I think they would be fine with black stockings given the costume.
I also have black panties and bra so I'll prob go all black. Thanks for the input.
Also, he's a dad of 2 girls so I kind of get nervous about doing the whole "oh I'm so innocent" thing. Don't want to cross some line and have him freak.
Aww, sorry! This is the first time I've dressed up for anyone since XH and I'm really nervous. I could really use a glass of wine before showing up at his door all dressed up but logistically that won't work out
Fingers crossed his dog doesn't jump on me and rip my stockings!
