So I tried the Peppermint Patty recipes from your blog. They taste awesome, but as far as presentation they were a complete disaster. They fell apart a lot and I couldn't coat them correctly with the chocolate. I just went back to look at your photo and yours are MUCH thicker than mine! Mine are about 1/3 or 1/4 of the thickness of yours. oops. I guess I should have paid more attention to that part. LOL I'm going to have to try these again because like I said the taste is great, I just need to work on the technique I guess. Thanks for sharing your recipe.

I think I did about 1/4 of an inch or so. Maybe even a little more.
I can't wait to make them this year!!
