I have to be honest, as I was only half watching, but I thought he taped together Lydia's speech (that Conrad shred) a few weeks ago and that is how he got the information.

At the end of the episode, they also showed him watching the video on the computer of Lydia telling Conrad that she was going to expose him - not sure if he had that before or after throwing the laptop into the pool though.

Yep, he had Lydia's speech w/all of the info and that's what he was using to blackmail Conrad. I also thought the medication was a nice little insight into his psycho behavior. Also....OMG, the previews for next week!

What medication was he taking? I missed it both times.

Love how the plot is thickening and getting some depth vs. her just continuing to knock out people in the picture. that wasn't going to last very long. I'm interested to see how Victoria's divorce attorney comes into play with everything. Someone got to him before her dad's appeal, but he wouldn't represent Conrad. Maybe he grew a conscience over the years?

The next episode does look interesting!

Clozapine, most commonly used to treat schizophrenia...but basically, it's an antipsychotic. Perhaps someone needs to up his dose! At least everyone will finally know how BSC he is by the end of next week's episode.

Ugh, it's going to be so hard waiting for the next episode!

I'm guessing Tyler is going to shoot Amanda Clarke (the fake Amanda Clarke at least). Everyone else at the table was at Emily/Daniel's wedding in the first episode, right?

Does anyone else detest Declan? I wish they would get rid of his character. . His story just really isn't that compelling and I'm bored when he's on. Also, his voice really really really grates on my nerves, and his head seems to be excessively small. And yes, when he's on screen I think "wow,his head is so small, but his hair is so big" every single time. It's distracting.

OMG! I love this show! The january episode looks so good- Im thinking that Tyler will shoot the wrong Amanda Clark, then Jack will be devestated and Emily will come clean and tell him everything.

I like how even the divorce attorney is involved in Emily's circle- interesting. This show is getting so good, my only concern is that does this show have staying power? Like for several seasons? They have to wrap up things by the finale to tie it all back in with the engagment party that was show in the pilot. So we will see- I guess if things could get ugly with Daniel being dead and Emily joining forces with Victoria maybe- that could be season 2.

I think I read somewhere that we would see the engagement party in episode 15. Originally it was going to 13, but when they got picked up for a full season, then changed it. I guess Tyler's character is more involved than they thought and they needed more time to tell his story.

So, episode 15 means they should still have 7ish episode after to wrap up the season/tell more of the story.

I'm wondering if Daniel's "death" (because we don't know for sure that he dies, right?) was put in place to get an automatic jumping off point for her next vendetta. Maybe this season is about avenging her father, but a future season would be about avenging Daniel.

I like the idea of avenging Daniel. I've been hoping that he isn't dead, but Emily did an interview and mentioned there would be a trial, ect and so I'm guessing that he dies.
