Gossip Girl-who do YOU think it is? :::MAYBE SPOILERS:::
I think it is the REAL Charlie (Serean's ACTUAL cousin). She was put in a psych ward (or similar) and got out and is now stalking them as GG.
Any other BRILLIANT guesses?

I have no idea but when Dan said, "Gossip Girl has been recording your every move since grammar school" I was like... really?!? LOL

I actually agree with the GG guess. It would fit. Charlie has mental issues and was told her whole life that the UES is evil and the people there are horrible. So she goes there to find out for herself when she comes of age (and/or gets released from a mental facility) and becomes jealous of the life she missed out on, but can't really inject herself into the traditional way, so she does it via a scandal site. She doesn't make the gossip, just tracks and posts it. She gets to keep tabs on those she feels most shunned by (and most jealous of) - her family and that family's (especially her cousin's) friends. It's not like any of them went out of their way to find her, so she (again, mental issues) probably felt like they deserve everything they get.
It's also an excellent way to finally put a face to her voice, since Kristin Bell happens to be a beautiful blonde who could easily pass for a Rhodes girl.

I don't think it was ever stated that GG went to their (or any) school, just that she tended to post more gossip about Constance/St. Judes than any other UES school. Which is also a point in favor (IMO) of it being Charlie, because she was far more focused on Serena and pals than any other socialite circle.

I really think it's REAL Charlie Rodes. Kristin Bell, like PP said.

Who knows, but how do you define grammar school ages? Middle school? Charlie is 2-3yrs younger than Serena, and I don't see an 8yr old (at the time the blasts began) being behind this. And if she was in some psych ward, she wouldn't be released at such a young age and be living on her own. Wonder what happened between Charlie and her mom to make them have zero relationship and her mom dying for her trust fund.

Is Charlie supposed to be younger? I don't remember hearing that (not to say I notice everything though). I guess I always imagined her older because Carol is older than Lily. I'd think if she was supposed to be a few years younger she'd *just* be getting out of high school/coming of age, not be old enough to have been on her own in FL and LA before moving to NYC.
I also think Dan's comment about "grammar school" was in jest. I don't think GG has been around that long, I think he just meant it seems like GG has been posting about them forever. I thought I remembered something from a past season saying that GG didn't really start up until they were in high school.

I'm not a regular watcher so maybe this is a preposterous theory but...what if GG is actually a guy?
