Our tech team has launched updates to The Nest today. As a result of these updates, members of the Nest Community will need to change their password in order to continue participating in the community. In addition, The Nest community member's avatars will be replaced with generic default avatars. If you wish to revert to your original avatar, you will need to re-upload it via The Nest.

So I think the settings on Pinterest changed - I got home to see that a bunch of people from FB are now following my boards.... These are people that probably wouldn't have found me otherwise. Boo...

Interesting. I'm still trying to figure out pinterest and I'm having a heck of a time.
I did notice my stuff says "Diane" but my url says "Dehko" so I don't think I can change that. BUT I did go to settings and was able to unlink from Facebook by clicking the box next to that setting. Maybe that will work for you?
