Anyone ever used (or know of) any short term rental apartments that allow big dogs in Houston?
My big boy is bounding towards 3! Hoping to add a sibling.

Hipster dog is not impressed.

You should be able to search on apartmentguide.com for Houston apartments, and under the Specialty Features, you can choose Pet friendly and Short term Available - hopefully that will give you a start.
Suzi-
I find ApartmentData.com to be a very valuable tool when seeking rentals. For your unique situation, you have the ability to choose dog sizes (up to 96 pounds!!!) and other important amenities, and the information provided will include all available rental contract lengths (as well as a bunch of other property information), floor plans, etc.
The best thing about this site, although it isn't the prettiest, is the fact that there isn't a ton of advertising muckity muck. It is primarily stone hard facts in a basic format.
Most area apartment locators use this site as their primary resource for all information.
Hope this helps!
You could try a corporate apartment...
Yeah, I believe that's the current plan. This is obviously not for me, DH's cousins are moving here over Christmas, they have two little boys and a big dog, so a hotel is not an ideal option. I was just curious if anyone here had any personal experience with a specific place I could recommend.
And Chrisgrizz-whatever-your-name-is, I'm pretty sure their dog weighs 97lbs.
We used Murphy's Lodging last summer. They were super helpful and friendly. We stayed in one of their apartments last summer when we sold our house. We had DS and 2 dogs.
Let me know if you need more specifics.
Holy cow! That is CRAZY big!
If they're interested in our old house, our dog weighs about 120 lbs and my landlords were ok with that
