Does it really take 10-14 days to ship an item???

It can, yes. They don't have the items in stock at a warehouse like a regular merchant. They take orders and then get the items from the manufacturer/distributor. But I think all the stuff they're selling this weekend is suppsed to be guaranteed to arrive by Christmas.

Okay. I'm going to go with it. Worst case scenario, my niece gets her gift a little late. Won't be the first time!

When I get to the site from my email, it comes to a completely different page on the site.
When I navigated there directly via URL, it shows the HUGE "guaranteed by Christmas" notice.
I figured it out. The items with a red snowflake in the upper right corner of the photo are guaranteed for Christmas delivery. All the items in the "Very Merry Blowout" are part of the Christmas delivery guarantee, but not everything on the website is guaranteed for Chrismas.
Hopefully you bought something with a red snowflake!
Love the Zulily deals! One of my favorite online hobbies is to surf and add things to my cart that I won't buy- toys, books, clothes for James, shoes for me!
Historically my stuff has taken 3-5 weeks to arrive. They keep talking about trying to improve it lately, so hopefully they'll succeed. Like everyone has said though, the Snowflake stuff is guaranteed.
