We keep getting calls from credit card companies to consolidate our cards, lower our rates, etc, etc. I have tried talking to them to have them remove us from the list and they just hang up on me. We have no cc debt so I don't know why they keep calling. I have called all of our cc's, house loan, car loan, companies and made it so they can't share our info. I am on the do not call list. What else can I do? Where can I report these calls. They call all day and night and I am getting pissed. Thanks

Did you double check that you were on the do not call list. We were getting the same calls and are in the same boat as you. We have zero credit card debt and didn't know how we got on the list. When I went online to check the do not call list somehow it didn't register as we were on it. I re-entered our information and we haven't been called since. I hope they go away for you that is annoying, especially when they call when kids are sleeping.

Not a lawyer, but I think if you called the three major credit bureaus, you can put your file under a fraud alert, which might stop them.

Also, Dave Ramsey talks about a link on his site (I will try to find it for you) where you can go and put your name on it and it will stop the credit card offers through the mail as well.
