Puzzles - Toy Room

We (finally!) have a Toy Room and therefore Toy Storage.  I was just curious as to how you guys store puzzles? The kids love puzzles, so I'd hate to put them out of arms reach but am struggling with a system that allows them utilization but also keeps them contained?  We have the wire racks - which don't seem to work at our house.  Not even quite sure if this is possible.....any help is appreciated.  Thanks!

Re: Puzzles - Toy Room

  • I'll be interested to hear the ideas.

so far I've been putting each puzzle in a large zip top bag along with the pieces. I also labeled the back of each puzzle piece indicating which base it goes with, because the girls tend to mix their pieces if they're both working on one.

The zip top bags go into an accordion style folder thing right now but I anticipate putting them into a medium sized bin as our collection grows.
