We're getting a second puppy soon and we're between two names: Maci and Bree
Maci was the top contender from the "M" names that we came up with because our other dog's name is Madison. Bree is just a random name that I really like and I've even considered Aubree for when I need a longer name when the dog is in trouble lol.
Votes?

Photo bomb, yeah!
Re: Name Selection
I agree. I'm sure it's exciting to narrow down the list and everything, but it might become apparent once you meet her.
We choose names that sound very different so there's no confusion about which one is being spoken to. We also give the dog an opportunity to see what names they respond to. Joe tried about a dozen different names with Dog 2, but Bandit was the name he consistently responded to, so we kept it. Same with Wilson, we tried about six names, but he responded to Wilson.
Do you ever shorten Madison or call her a nickname? I know if I had a 'Maddie,' I wouldn't have a Maci or Mack, for example. For that reason, if you're set on those two names, I'd go with Bree. Your face looks very different when you say those vowels.
Great points. I've always had one dog at a time growing up so I never considered these things. Thanks for the input!
And I agree on waiting till meeting the puppy to finalize the name, I had just wondered if the "M" names would be confusing too.
