xp - where to buy relatively cheap eyeglasses online?
I need new eyeglasses, and the couple options in my small town are giving me prices of $300-$400 (frames and lenses). I got my last pair from Costco when I lived in Eden Prairie - they were maybe $150.
I've been looking online, but it's hard to tell which places are reputable - and I'd also like to find a pretty good deal. Any ideas?

Another vote for Zenni Optical. We had a great experience ordering DH's glasses. He got two pair for $25 (including shipping). Since he is hard on his glasses it didn't make sense to pay a lot only to have them break within a year.

My DH loved a very expensive pair of Prada glasses on me, but there wasn't any way I was going to spend that kind of cash on them. I took note of the style and ended up finding them on ebay for a quarter of the cost and went to Pearle for the lenses.
I'll have to remember Coastal when I need new ones, I like those prices even better!
One thing though, I cheaped out on the lenses when I went to Pearle, and wish I wouldn't have. Special coating is super nice for cleaning purposes. I got Crizal (sp?) on one pair at one place and the ones from Pearle didn't have the coating and I can tell a HUGE difference in keeping them clean.
