Hiding in the bathroom from Kaelyn..... Is that wrong? Don't worry she's safe downstairs with Dada... But omg! I def give you SAHM a lot of cred.... Cuz I couldn't take 7 days ... 24 hrs a day of it sometimes. I know she's only so cranky and whiney cuz her canines are coming... And I'm more on edge cuz of hormones... But somedays I wonder how I'm not bald. K is in a huge Mama stage... And even when DH is home, K is just always at my ankles ..... She won't even let him take her out of the carseat (which he will just do even tho while he does it she kicks and screams for Mama) It is just a stage... It is just a stage... It is just a stage.... At least we are going out to DH's office party tonight and she will be with the grandparents. Of course when I get home they will say she is a complete angel (which will further frustrate me)... I need a stiff non alcoholic drink! Or chocolate....

Totally feel your pain. We are in the same stage. Hang in there! It will get better (or so I'm told).
It's pretty bad when going upstairs to fold laundry is a break.... I actually get excited.

We are in daddy stage but daddy is never home
So I have been doing more activities to get him burnt out this past week. Today I had my dad chase him around at a party and my dad was panting, sweating and lost him lol (we were in a house with tons of people so I knew he was safe) but laughed because this is me daily.
It will get better just in time for your 2nd!! LOL Then the fun begins!! "j, don't touch her" "no the bottle doesn't go up nose" "don't swing her high" OMG
Navy, your post made me laugh, because those were the things my Mom would say to me about my brother. "T...stop trying to pick up your brother." T...why are you teasing the baby. T....give him the bottle...it's HIS.
The best was once, he fell out of his crib...and I got blamed. So when my Mom asked me why I let it happen, I told her in my grown up 4 year old way..."But Mommy, you said not to get out of bed for ANYTHING...so I didn't." Meanwhile, my brother managed to climb out of his crib and almost hit the floor if my Aunt (who was a teenager then) went diving for him.
It's amazing he likes me as a grown up...I was kinda mean. LOL
I fed my sister a ring when she wasn't even a year I was under 3 myself and she choked and turned blue and stopped breathing. Our neighbor ran out naked in a robe to save her. Irony: she was the one who gave me the ring. I was the one who ran to my mom and said "baby is blue baby is blue"
I used to pull brother out of crib (again I was under 5 because we still lived in NJ) and my mom had to put a high lock outside his room.
I was a crazy toddler and J is following right in my shoes.
