1/2 cup butter

1 egg

mix, roll cookie dough ball in sugar & bake @ 350* for 10-12 minutes......

i usually put food coloring in my white cookies and sprinkles....... just made perfect christmas cookies for people coming to help decorate my house tomorrow for our annual christmas event on the road i live on (rota walk) - dh's squadron is coming to help out since dh is gone.

  • I made some for valentine's day and they were so good! forgot all about them until your post. I'll have to do more for all these christmas gatherings we're headed too. cheap and easy!
  • oh yeah - lauren, i think i got the idea from your blog!!! mmmmmmmm.
  • These sound really good and easy!!  Maybe I'll try making them when I'm in Ohio.  I have a feeling that things are going to be pretty crazy while I'm there, so maybe these wil be easier for my mom and me to make than the traditional sugar cookies.
