I had ordered stockings for all of us on cyber monday and was having trouble with their website so I called customer service and the woman said not to worry they had my order and the site was doing weird things due to the high traffic volume. So I shrugged it off and figured they were on their way. Um.....NO. I never got email confirmation or anything for the order and when I looked in my PBK account I didn't see it. So I called today and it turns out they lost my order
Plus one of the stockings I had ordered is now permanetly out of stock. Boooo!!
I ended up picking out a different one for A (my 2nd choice) and reordering through customer service. The stockings are a few bucks cheaper now so I saved there. Plus they gave me free personalization, free rush shipping + another off my entire order!! Love them!
Maybe it was a good thing they lost my order
